The prevalence of caries among toddlers in Indonesia was about 81.5%. type that often occurs Early Childhood Caries (ECC). ECC a condition where there one or more tooth decay, the main cause consuming milk sugary drinks using bottle until fall asleep too which not balanced by oral hygiene maintenances. could be prevented treatment topical application fluor. One preventive agents for fluor Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF). SDF an invisible solution contains ions and silver ions. inhibit demineralization hard tissues teeth carbohydrate metabolism cariogenic bacteria into acids to prevent caries. purpose this study evaluate review as agent Caries. We searched all published literature from PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus. 16 articles starts May 2021 July 2021. Keywords used were “Silver Fluoride”, “Early Caries”, “Fluoride”, Prevention”, with their combinations. conclusion rated most effective preventing prevention.
